社會情緒學習旨在培養學生的情緒管理、人際互動與問題解決能力,協助其適應社會變遷,在臺灣教育中日益受到重視。儘管部分學校已透過課堂活動推動社會情緒學習,改善學習環境與校園氛圍,惟整體推廣仍處於初期,亟需更多的政策與實踐支持。本文探討社會情緒學習的內涵與重要性,分析教師在實施社會情緒學習過程中可能面臨的挑戰,並提出因應策略,以作為未來推動社會情緒學習的參考。
英文摘要
Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) aims to cultivate students’ emotional management, interpersonal interaction, and problem-solving skills, helping them adapt to social changes. It is gaining increasing attention in Taiwan’s education system. Although some schools have already promoted SEL through classroom activities, improving the learning environment and campus atmosphere, overall implementation remains in its early stages, requiring more policy and practical support. The study explores the essence and importance of SEL, analyzes the challenges teachers may face during its implementation, and proposes response strategies to serve as a reference for future SEL promotion.
