課程推展體系與機制
任何一項新課程或教育改革方案，例如近十餘年來的國民中小學九年一貫課程或即將實施的十二年國民教育， 都必須有系統的推展體系及其周全的運作機制， 方能使改革方案落實到基層學校的課堂教學與學習。有些課程改革的失敗， 不見得是新課程本身的因素， 而是在實施過程中缺乏有效的推展體系及其運作機制。即便已規劃有推展體系， 但卻因過度地強調技術導向的科層管理與績效， 而忽略了改革舞台上的主角―「人」這個因素。
本期即以「課程推展體系與機制」為主題，所刊載的兩篇主題論文皆探究中央層級的課程推展組織， 且強調組織間的相互依存與合作互惠， 以及對人的主體性之尊重與情感上的相互關懷。
