「專業判斷」一詞,對於一般教育研究或工作者而言,頗有生疏之感,故有優先加以闡釋的必要。「道德判斷」一詞或許是目前教育學術界較為熟悉的名詞,亦為多數學者所確認。因此欲闡釋「專業判斷」的涵義,如能就「道德判斷」涵義作類比說明,也許較易表達情楚。本研究共有下列三項具體目的:(1)探討教師專業判斷的理論基礎。(2)分析性別、婚姻、教育類別、職務、任教年資、任教科目諸變項是否構成國中教師專業判斷差異的因素。(3)歸納研究發現,以供改進師範專業教育之參考。
英文摘要
The main purpose of this study was (1)to investigate the theoretical foundation s of teachers professional judgment,(2)to analyze the influential factors on the teachers professional judgment. In addition, some recommendations were formulated for improving teacher education.
This study was divided into two parts:(1)the review of Parsons, Getrels, and Kluckhomhns theories on professional judgment;(2)the Questionnaire survey. The date of the second part were secured by Questionnaire of Teacher's Professional Judgment designed by the investigator. It was administrated to junior high school teachers in Taiwan Province and Taipei City.
The findings of this study were as follows:
(1)among the six factors(sex, marriage, position, subject thought, teaching experience, educational background)that may affect teachers judgment of role duty of teachers' only subject taught shows statistically significance.
(2)among the six factors that may affect teachers judgment of learning process of students
