| 英文摘要 | This paper explores the significance of educational doctrines of human competence development. I first discuss the ideas of human being proposed by Rousseau， Kant， and Humboldt， and indicate their influence on the educational doctrines of competence development. Then through the discussion of lifelong education currently being promoted， I indicate the significance of the doctrines of human competence development. |
